Thank you for shopping at RockerGCI. We are committed to providing you with the best outdoor camping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the policy below.

1. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. How to Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mckinneybeverly8@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is processed, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

3. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

4. Shipping Costs

• Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, RockerGCI will cover the return shipping costs.

• Customer Preference: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Non-returnable Items Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return.
